Win some & Lose some

Had a few visitors yesterday. First was my old boss Mr Walton (now with Mallams) to instruct me to let out his bolt hole in Kidlington. He couldn't stop for a tea because he was on his way to selling another million pound home.

Then my best and longest friend Richard, he made the office computer feel better and work faster by tinkering (He was in I.T).

Couldn't pay him so brought him a baget and let him have my old mobile phone as I just got an upgrade.

The my parents visited to see for themselves how basic my office really is.

THAT was the good news! Then I called a chap I had met a few months ago who looks after properties for his friend. He currently managed them but wants to retire. He had me round and three other agents!! But his friend decided to go with another company. Why because the first one he spoke to? Not to say this company will not do a fine job. But to go with the first one and not talk to the others who may give the same service and offer better value for money!

Well onwards I go.

Where are all the landlords?

Well getting loads of hits from tenants up to 25 per day from all the web adverts. But NO landlords or ladies. I am sure that 'bluedoor' offers the best deal in Abingdon and Oxfordshire for service and the fixed price is better for both lanlords & tenants alike.

I would be greatful if any landlords/ladies have any tips.

Now have a web site which is up a running so I would like thoughts on the look etc. Photos of properties which I have for let, will be added by the end of this week.
