Even the old director got a nice mail and I am not even there!

Thank you very much for taking the time to make such kind comments, I am sure that Greg and the Oxford Branch will be as delighted as I am myself.

Whilst customers write regarding what they consider to be a poor or defective service, it is rare that any bother to take time to issue compliments in writing, and for that I thank you, it is most refreshing.
